Extension for GI Multiplex SOW Sample Clauses

Extension for GI Multiplex SOW. In the event that the Services contemplated under the GI Multiplex SOW have not been completed by the [***] anniversary of the Effective Date, the Transition Period shall be extended (solely with respect to the Parties’ obligations under the GI Multiplex SOW) on a month-by-month basis until the completion of the Services contemplated under the GI Multiplex SOW, up to a maximum extension of [***] months.
