Extended Year Assignment Sample Clauses

The Extended Year Assignment clause defines the conditions under which an employee or contractor may be assigned work duties that extend beyond the standard annual term. Typically, this clause outlines the duration, compensation adjustments, and expectations for assignments that cover additional months or periods outside the regular work year, such as summer sessions or special projects. Its core function is to provide a clear framework for managing work assignments that fall outside the usual schedule, ensuring both parties understand their obligations and compensation for extended service.
Extended Year Assignment. Twenty (20) additional days or 128 hours will be assigned to be worked during the summer and/or winter intersession.
Extended Year Assignment. Twenty (20) additional days or one hundred twenty-eight (128) hours will be assigned to be worked in support of the summer session represented by the end of the spring semester and the beginning of the fall semester; and/or winter session represented by the end of the fall semester and the beginning of spring.
