Extended Work Period. Nurses who work six (6) consecutive days shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half (1½) times the nurse’s regular-rate for all hours worked on the sixth (6th) day, and all following consecutive days, unless this type of scheduling is agreed to by the nurse.

  • Work Period The normal work period shall consist of forty (40) hours of work within a seven (7) day period or eighty (80) hours of work within a fourteen (14) day period.
