Extended Warranty Period. Extension of the Warranty Support period can be purchased any time up to 13 months from the date of shipment (no more than 30 days after the Standard Warranty expires). Under the Extended Warranty Support plans, the warranty coverage described above in Paragraph 2.A. will be extended based on the number of years purchased. This option does not include any Advance Exchange services. The price varies by product type.
Extended Warranty Period. On this Contract, contrary to the Department’s Standard Specification, Division 1, Section 3, Subsection 6.0 – Contract Security, the option to reduce Contract Security from 10% to 5% shall not be permitted. With respect to any portion of the Equipment corrected, repaired, modified or replaced as a result of a defect manifesting during the Primary Warranty Period, Seller shall warrant such portion of the Equipment in accordance with 14.1.1.for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of such modification or correction (the "Extended Warranty Period"), but in no event shall the Extended Warranty Period extend more than twelve (12) months beyond the expiry of the Primary Warranty Period. 14.2.2
Extended Warranty Period. Where the Contractor has provided a Certified Cheque, Irrevocable Standby Letter of Credit, Bank Draft, or Money Order as contract security and elects not to replace the original security deposit with new Performance assurance for the extended warranty period, the Engineer shall retain the full amount of the Contractor's original security deposit for the duration of the extended warranty period. Subject to satisfactory performance and fulfillment of all obligations under the Contract, the Contractor shall be entitled to be repaid the money so deposited, without interest. Extended Warranty Period. VISUAL may offer the ability to purchase extended warranties with respect to certain ASEs. Such extended warranties may only be purchased before the expiration of the then-current warranty period of such ASE. The then-current VISUAL price list will include all warranty offerings and any limitations.
