Common use of Extended School Year Clause in Contracts

Extended School Year. For the extended school year program for 44 students receiving a 1 or 2 score on the state mandated assessments, a listing 45 of anticipated openings with instructions for submitting applications for 46 such openings, including any pertinent information regarding the positions, 1 shall be posted at each school site at which openings are expected to occur.

Extended School Year. For the extended school year program for 44 43 students receiving a 1 or 2 score on the state mandated assessments, a listing 45 44 of anticipated openings with instructions for submitting applications for 46 45 such openings, including any pertinent information regarding the positions, 1 46 shall be posted at each school site at which openings are expected to occur.

For the extended school year program for 44 students 26 receiving a 1 or 2 score on the state mandated assessments, a listing 45 of 27 anticipated openings with instructions for submitting applications for 46 such 28 openings, including any pertinent information regarding the positions, 1 shall be 29 posted at each school site at which openings are expected to occur. Any 30 position that is not filled by a teacher at the school having the openings shall 31 be posted on the District website along with any pertinent information 32 regarding the position(s).
