Common use of Extended Personal Leave Clause in Contracts

Extended Personal Leave. Personal leave without pay not to exceed thirty (30) 26 days may be granted at the discretion of the Superintendent. Personal leave in 27 excess of thirty (30) days shall be subject to approval by the Board.

Extended Personal Leave. Personal leave without pay not up to exceed thirty (30) 26 days may be 1 granted at the discretion of the Superintendent. Personal leave in 27 excess of thirty (30) days 2 shall be subject to approval by the BoardBoard approval.

Extended Personal Leave. Personal leave without pay not up to exceed thirty (30) 26 days may be granted 36 at the discretion of the Superintendent. Personal leave in 27 excess of thirty (30) days shall be 37 subject to approval by the BoardBoard approval.

Extended Personal Leave. Personal leave without pay not to exceed thirty (30) 26 days 18 may be granted at the discretion of the Superintendent. Personal leave in 27 excess 19 of thirty (30) days shall be subject to approval by the Board.

Extended Personal Leave. Personal leave without pay not to exceed thirty (30) 26 31 days may be granted at the discretion of the Superintendent. Personal leave in 27 32 excess of thirty (30) days shall be subject to approval by the Board.
