EXTENDED HOURS OF SERVICE. Normal hours of operation are ____ a.m. to _____ p.m., Monday through Friday. During peak season, however, extended hours of service shall be provided. These extended hours of service during peak season will be provided at no additional cost or expense to IMC-AGRICO. "SCHEDULE B" TO STORAGE AND HANDLING AGREEMENT ---------------------------------------------- FOR IMC-AGRICO PRODUCT ---------------------- CHARGES ------- HANDLING IN-BULK $ 3 per ton HANDLING OUT-BULK $ 3 per ton Storage charges are included in the handling charges above. Compensation to WAREHOUSEMAN for its performance of the following services shall be included in the charges for storage and handling set out above: Acknowledging of receipts of Product on behalf of IMC-AGRICO on inbound bills of lading; ordering of transportation equipment for outbound shipments as requested by IMC-AGRICO; in the case of bulk shipments, requesting the weighing of outbound materials and providing IMC-AGRICO with completed copies of certified weight certificates; preparing bills of lading and other necessary documents for outbound shipments; maintaining adequate records relating to receipts, shipments, purchases by WAREHOUSEMAN and inventory in reasonable detail as IMC-AGRICO shall require; and advising IMC-AGRICO as of the beginning of each working day of all shipments of Product handled on the immediately preceding working day. IMC-AGRICO may supply WAREHOUSEMAN, for its use only during the term of this Agreement, with a personal computer interface system ("PC Interface"). In such case WAREHOUSEMAN shall use the PC Interface to monitor all inventories of IMC-AGRICO Product by daily entering all additions to and subtractions from inventories, in accordance with IMC-AGRICO's instructions. EXTENDED HOURS OF SERVICE. Normal hours of operation are 7:00 am to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. During the peak season (May 1-June 30), however, extended hours of service shall be provided including Saturday, Sunday and holidays. These extended hours of service during peak season will be provided at no additional cost or expense to MOSAIC.

  • Hours of Service The minimum number of Hours of Service an Employee must complete during a vesting computation period to receive credit for a Year of Service is: (Choose (c) or (d)) [X] (c) 1,000 Hours of Service.

  • PERIOD OF SERVICE The Consultant shall complete the Services on or before December 31, 2019 (the “Deadline”), unless the Authority agrees to extend the Deadline for good reason; provided, however, that the Authority may terminate this Contract at any time in accordance with Section 14. Time is of the essence in performance of this Contract. There will be no obligation established between Authority and the Consultant for performance of the Services until Authority provides the Consultant execution of this Contract and receipt by the Authority of appropriate Certificates of Insurance and other documentation as may be required herein. The term of this Contract (“Term”) shall begin on the Effective Date and shall end on the first to occur of the following: (1) the Deadline, as the same may have been extended by the Authority, (2) the date on which, in the opinion of Authority, all of the Services have been rendered, (3) the date on which this Contract is terminated by the Authority pursuant to Section 14, or (4) the date on which this Contract is terminated by the Consultant pursuant to Section 14.

  • HOUR OF SERVICE The crediting method for Hours of Service is: (Choose (a) or (b))

  • Year of Service An Employee must complete at least Hours of Service during a Vesting Computation Period to receive credit for a Year of Service under Article V. [Note: The number may not exceed 1,000. If left blank, the requirement is 1,000.]

  • Term of Service Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, Atlas shall serve as the Managing General Partner of the Partnership until either it:

  • Years of Service (i) A Participant’s Years of Service shall include all service performed for the Employer and ¨ Shall ¨ Shall Not include service performed for the Related Employer.

  • Grades of Service The Parties shall initially engineer and shall monitor and augment all trunk groups consistent with the Joint Process as set forth in Section 14.1 of this Attachment.

  • Length of Service For purposes of this Agreement and the method of computing sick leave, annual leave, seniority, and other conditions of employment, except as otherwise provided for herein, a “month” shall be defined as 173.3 hours of work, and a year shall be defined as 2080 hours of work. For purposes of computing longevity (wage) increments and annual leave progression steps, a “year” shall be defined as 1664 hours of work or twelve (12) months, whichever comes last. Time paid for but not worked (excluding standby pay) shall be regarded as time worked for purposes of computing wages and benefits. Time worked which is paid on an overtime basis shall count as time worked for purposes of computing wages and benefits not to exceed 2080 hours within any twelve (12) month period.

  • TEACHING HOURS AND TEACHING LOAD A. As professionals, teachers are expected to devote to their assignments the time necessary to meet their responsibilities, but they shall not be required to “clock in or clock out” by hours and minutes. Teachers shall indicate their presence for duty by placing their signature and time in the proper column of the faculty “sign-in” roster.

  • Credited Service A year of “Credited Service” shall mean a calendar year in which the Participant is paid for at least 1,000 hours of service (as defined in the frozen Hasbro Pension Plan) as an employee of the Company or of a Subsidiary of the Company. A Participant does not need to be, or have been, a participant in the Hasbro Pension Plan.
