Extended Field Trips. Extended field trips are those trips which are expected to last four (4) hours or more, and shall include weekend trips or trips when school is not in session. The driver shall remain at the event site unless prior permission is acquired from the Transportation Supervisor. The driver shall communicate to the advisor/coach in charge of the trip their anticipated meal destination prior to leaving for the meal period(s).
