Extended Employee Absence Sample Clauses

Extended Employee Absence. If an employee is off work for an extended period of time, such employee is required to provide satisfactory medical evidence to the Company of such employee’s medical condition when requested by the Company. The Company will (short of undue hardship) work with the employee and the employee will work with the Company to accommodate the employee in the workplace based upon the employee’s medical restrictions. The Company may require an independent medical examination where questions arise regarding the employee’s medical condition or restrictions.

  • Extended Absences In the event Tenant will be away from the Premises for more than 7 consecutive days, Tenant agrees to notify Landlord in writing of such absence.
