Express Permissions. BY INSTALLING AND USING THE PRODUCT(S), YOU ARE GIVING EXPRESS PERMISSION FOR THE FOLLOWING DATA AND INFORMATION COLLECTION. Information which is collected for performance and functionality includes product installation and install status, install options, product configuration, product uninstallation, product update(s) and update status; operating system information such as type, language, platform and service pack; GUI language(s) used in Comodo products; product launch; and default browsers, time of browsing activity with Comodo browsers, and user consent to data collection.   • Compliance with Law; Permits (a) The Company and its Subsidiaries are in compliance with, and are not in default under or in violation of, any applicable federal, state, local or foreign law, statute, ordinance, rule, regulation, judgment, order, injunction, decree or agency requirement of any Governmental Entity (collectively, “Laws” and each, a “Law”), except where such non-compliance, default or violation have not had and would not reasonably be expected to have, individually or in the aggregate, a Company Material Adverse Effect. Since January 1, 2018, neither the Company nor any of its Subsidiaries has received any written notice or, to the knowledge of the Company, other communication from any Governmental Entity regarding any violation of, or failure to comply with, any Law, except where such violation or failure has not had and would not reasonably be expected to have, individually or in the aggregate, a Company Material Adverse Effect.
