Common use of Exposure Clause in Contracts

Exposure. If an Insured Person dies or suffers Disablement as a result of being exposed to the elements, We will consider the death or Disablement to have been caused by Bodily Injury.

Exposure. If an Insured Person dies insured person suffers an injury and thereafter in consequence of that injury suffers death or suffers Disablement disablement as a result of being exposed exposure to the elementselements of natural perils, We we will consider the such death or Disablement to have disablement as having been caused by Bodily Injuryan injury.
