Exposed Pipes. All water supplied to fixtures which are exposed to view (excepting from flush valves to fixture spud and/or otherwise specified) including waste pipe from traps through the walls, shall be of I.P.S. brass pipe with cast brass screw banded fittings, all of which shall be polished chromium plated.
