Export Procedures. As an integral part of the obligations of the Contract and within the Price, the Supplier shall arrange customs entry and the payment of (a) any customs duties applicable to the Deliverables, (b) any transportation costs, etc., in order to deliver the Deliverables at the place of Delivery set out in clause 2.17.
