Common use of Export Licenses Clause in Contracts

Export Licenses. The parties acknowledge that the laws and --------------- regulations of the United States may restrict the export and re-export of certain commodities and technical data of United States origin. Each party agrees that it will not export or re-export the Products in any form without the appropriate United States or foreign government licenses. In particular but without limitation, none of the Products, Documentation or underlying information or technology may be exported or re-exported (i) into (or to a national or resident of) Cuba, Iraq, Libya, Yugoslavia (Serbia and Montenegro), North Korea, Iran, Angola, Sudan, Syria or any other country to which the U.S. has embargoed goods; or (ii) to anyone on the U.S. Treasury Department's list of Specially Designed Nationals or the U.S. Commerce Department's Table of Deny Orders.
