EXPORT AND DEREGISTRATION OF AIRCRAFT. At LESSOR's request, LESSEE at its cost will (a) provide an Export Certificate of Airworthiness or its equivalent from the State of Registration so that the Aircraft can be exported to the country designated by LESSOR, (b) assist with deregistration of the Aircraft from the register of aircraft in the State of Registration, (c) assist with arranging for prompt confirmation of such deregistration to be sent by the registry in the State of Registration to the next country of registration and (d) perform any other acts reasonably required by LESSOR in connection with the foregoing. If any Aircraft work which LESSEE is not otherwise required to perform hereunder, including engineering, is required in order to obtain such Export Certificate of Airworthiness, LESSEE will perform such work and LESSOR will reimburse LESSEE for such work at LESSEE's preferred customer rates.

If any Aircraft work which LESSEE is not otherwise required to perform hereunder, including engineering, is required in order to obtain such Export Certificate of Airworthiness, LESSEE will, to the extent reasonably possible, perform such work and LESSOR will reimburse LESSEE for such work at LESSEE's preferred customer rates.
EXPORT AND DEREGISTRATION OF AIRCRAFT. At Lessor’s request, Lessee at its cost will (i) provide an Export Certificate of Airworthiness or its equivalent from the State of Registration so that the Aircraft can be exported to the country designated by Lessor, (ii) deregister the Aircraft from the register of aircraft in the State of Registration, (iii) arrange for prompt confirmation of such deregistration to be sent by the registry in the State of Registration to the next country of registration and (iv) perform any other acts required by Lessor in connection with the foregoing; so long as such acts do not result in an increase in costs that the Lessee would otherwise incur at return or such acts would not cause in and of themselves a delay in the return of the Aircraft (unless Lessor agrees to bear such additional costs and accept the delay).
EXPORT AND DEREGISTRATION OF AIRCRAFT. The Permitted Lease will provide that at the relevant Export Lessee's request, the Lessee will (i) assist in providing an export certificate of airworthiness or its equivalent from the State of Registration so that the Aircraft can be exported to the country designated by the relevant Export Lessee, and (ii) assist with de-registration of the Aircraft from the register of aircraft in the State of Registration.

EXPORT AND DEREGISTRATION OF AIRCRAFT. Lessee, at its cost and expense, will on the Termination Date upon completion of the technical acceptance and execution of the Return Acceptance Certificate (i) deregister the Aircraft from the register of aircraft in the State of Registration and take any action requested by Lessor in connection with any such deregistration, (ii) clear the Aircraft through any applicable customs authorities in and with all customs and export duties payable to export the Aircraft from the State of Registration or other Return Location, (iii) perform any other acts reasonably required by Lessor in connection with such deregistration and export, and at the cost and expense of Lessor, if requested by Lessor, Lessee shall use reasonable commercial efforts to assist Lessor in obtaining a certificate of airworthiness for export from the Aviation Authority (if necessary and if available from the Aviation Authority) which qualifies the Aircraft for immediate issue of a certificate of airworthiness from the FAA. Lessor shall notify Lessee no later than one (1) month prior to the Expiration Date (or as soon as reasonably practicable if the Term ends on an earlier Termination Date) of the country of the next operator of the Aircraft for the purposes of deregistration of the Aircraft under this Section 22.5.
