EXPLORATION PERIODS. 3.1 Contractor is given an exclusive exploration authorization for the Delimited Zone for a first contractual period of forty-two (42) calendar months. The beginning of this first contractual period starts as of the effective date. At the request of the contractor, submitted at least forty-five days before the expiration of the period, the latter is entitled to an extension of six calendar months to allow the completion of the ongoing works. This extension is granted by decision of the Departments Responsible for Hydrocarbons. However, Contractor must do its best to complete the work before the end of the information period, under normal circumstances. This first period may be extended pursuant to Article 3.5.

EXPLORATION PERIODS. 3.1.On the effective date, the Contractor is granted an Exclusive Exploration Authorization on the Delimited Area for a first period of three years Contractual Years. This period may be extended at Contractor’s request, presented at least forty‑five days before expiration of this period, by a maximum of three months to permit Contractor to complete any drilling then in progress. This extension will be granted by decision of the Departments in charge of Hydrocarbons.

  • Meal Periods (a) Meal periods shall be scheduled as closely as possible to the middle of the workday. The length of the meal period shall be not less than thirty (30) minutes and not more than sixty (60) minutes.

  • Vacation Periods Vacation schedules will be set by the employee’s immediate supervisor(s) and sent to the Office of Human Resources for approval. Employees may request a particular period for vacation. Vacation days may not be taken in advance of their accrual. Those employees who are on a 12-month teacher contract are paid during Spring Break and Winter Recess, however, are not expected to be in attendance or perform duties during those breaks.

  • Retention periods Documentation which serves as evidence of orderly and proper data processing must be retained by ATOSS in accordance with the applicable statutory retention periods beyond the end of the contract. To relieve itself of this obligation, ATOSS may turn said documentation over to the Customer at the end of the contract.

  • Limitation Periods To the extent that any limitation period applies to any claim for payment of the Obligations or remedy for enforcement of the Obligations, the Obligor agrees that:

  • Preparation Periods 31-1 The School District agrees to maintain daily preparation periods during the student day in all junior and senior high schools. At schools where block scheduling is in effect, the total preparation time provided shall be equal to the preparation time provided at schools not operating on a block schedule.

  • MEAL PERIODS AND REST BREAKS 4.1 Except when required for urgent or emergency work and except as provided in 4.2 no employee shall be required to work for more than five hours continuously without being allowed a meal break of not less than half an hour.

  • Break Periods The parties agree that the paid rest period contemplated by Article 16(e) shall be taken during times that will not interfere with the operation of the Strong Start Centre.

  • Renewal Periods Renewal of registered names may be made in one (1) year increments for up to a maximum of ten (10) years. For the avoidance of doubt, renewal of registered names may not extend their registration period beyond ten (10) years from the time of the renewal.

  • Waiting Periods All applicable waiting periods, if any, under the HSR Act shall have expired or been terminated.
