Expenses to be Reimbursed. The Corporation will reimburse LOGG, up to an aggregate maximum of US $300.00 per month, for its reasonable out-of-pocket expenses incurred in the course of providing the Services during the term of this agreement. Such out-of-pocket expenses will include, but are not limited to expenses incurred in connection with telephone, fax messaging, deliveries, and travel and, with the prior consent of the Corporation, the fees of legal counsel or other agents or advisors retained by LOGG in the course of providing the Services. LOGG will invoice the Corporation monthly for expenses. Any expenses exceeding the maximum must be pre-approved by the Corporation. Invoices will include a summary of incurred expenses and a receipt for each expenditure. The Corporation will pay such invoices within 30 days of receipt in accordance with the terms of this section 7. Except as expressly provided in this section 7, LOGG will be solely responsible for all of its expenses incurred in connection with this agreement including, without limitation, any and all amounts due to LOGG's agents, consultants, contractors and employees.

Expenses to be Reimbursed. AMIC's expenses which shall be paid by, ------------------------- and subsequently reimbursed to, MIS shall include, but not be limited to, the following: 1) salaries for all AMIC personnel; 2) operating expenses, including, but not limited to, rent, supplies, telephone, advertising costs, outside accounting expenses; 3) payroll-related expenses, including employment taxes relating to AMIC personnel; 4) expenses relating to employment benefits, including employee bonuses, health and life insurance plans, retirement plans, employee savings plans, and profit sharing plans for AMIC personnel; and 5) such other expenses incurred for the operation of AMIC as agreed to between the parties.

  • Reimbursement of Business Expenses Executive is authorized to incur ordinary, necessary, and reasonable business expenses in connection with the performance of his duties, responsibilities, and authorities under this Agreement and for the promotion of the Company’s business and activities during this Agreement, including but not limited to expenses for necessary travel and entertainment and other items of expense required in the normal and routine course of Executive’s employment under this Agreement.   • Expense Reimbursements To the extent that any reimbursements payable pursuant to this Agreement are subject to the provisions of Section 409A of the Code, any such reimbursements payable to Executive pursuant to this Agreement shall be paid to Executive no later than December 31 of the year following the year in which the expense was incurred, the amount of expenses reimbursed in one year shall not affect the amount eligible for reimbursement in any subsequent year, and Executive’s right to reimbursement under this Agreement will not be subject to liquidation or exchange for another benefit.
