Expenses Deducted. For purposes of this Section 3, upon any issuance or sale of any Common Stock, Common Stock Equivalents, or other securities, the consideration received therefor shall be deemed to be the amount received by the Company (after deducting underwriting or similar commissions, compensation or concessions paid or allowed by the Company in connection with such issue or sale, to the extent that the aggregate of all such commissions and expenses exceed 15% of the consideration received by the Company).

Expenses Deducted. Upon any issuance or sale for cash of any shares of Common Stock or Convertible Securities or any rights or options to subscribe for, purchase or otherwise acquire any Common Stock or Convertible Securities, the consideration received therefor shall be deemed to be the net amount received by the Company thereof, after deducting all underwriting commissions paid by the Company in connection with such issue or sale.

  • Dues Deduction 3.2.1 The District shall deduct in accordance with the current CSEA dues and current service fee schedule, dues from the wages of all Unit Members who are members of CSEA on the date of the execution of this Agreement, and who have submitted dues authorization forms to the District.

The obligations of Customer under this paragraph shall survive the expiration or termination of this Loan Agreement and the discharge of the other Obligations.
