Common use of Expense Reimbursement Clause in Contracts

Expense Reimbursement. During the Term of Employment, the Company shall reimburse the Executive’s reasonable and necessary business expenses incurred in connection with performing the Executive’s duties hereunder in accordance with its then-prevailing policies and procedures for expense reimbursement (which shall include appropriate itemization and substantiation of expenses incurred).
