Common use of Expense Reimbursement Clause in Contracts

Expense Reimbursement. During the term of this Agreement, the Company shall reimburse the Executive for all reasonable and necessary out-of-pocket expenses incurred by him in connection with the performance of his duties hereunder, upon presentation of proper accounts in accordance with the Company’s policies and practices for senior corporate officers.
