Start-Up Costs 4.1.1 The Government of Ontario will provide:
Salary Schedules (a) The salary schedules shall be incorporated into this Agreement as Appendix V.
Interconnection Customer Compensation for Actions During Emergency Condition The CAISO shall compensate the Interconnection Customer in accordance with the CAISO Tariff for its provision of real and reactive power and other Emergency Condition services that the Interconnection Customer provides to support the CAISO Controlled Grid during an Emergency Condition in accordance with Article 11.6.
Underutilization and Early Termination Charges If Customer’s Total Service Charges do not reach the AVC in any Contract Year during the Initial Term, Customer shall pay an “Underutilization Charge” equal to 25% of the unmet AVC. If Customer’s Total Service Charges do not reach the AVC in any Contract Year because the Agreement is terminated early by Customer without Cause or by Company with Cause, Customer shall pay an “Early Termination Charge” equal to 25% of the unmet AVC plus a pro rata portion of any credits received by Customer. Termination Charges Any provision requiring the Agency to pay a fixed amount or liquidated damages upon termination of the agreement is hereby deleted. The Agency may only agree to reimburse a Vendor for actual costs incurred or losses sustained during the current fiscal year due to wrongful termination by the Agency prior to the end of any current agreement term.
Scheduled Downtime For the purposes of this Agreement, Scheduled Downtime will mean those hours, as determined by us but which will not occur between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday without your authorization or unless exigent circumstances exist, during which time we will perform scheduled maintenance or adjustments to the Environment. We will use our best efforts to provide you with at least twenty-four (24) hours of notice prior to scheduling Scheduled Downtime.
Salary Schedule The scale of remuneration set out in Schedule "A" shall apply during the term of this Agreement. Any changes in salary rates or the classifications as outlined in Schedule "A" shall not be put into effect until the Union Business Representative has been consulted.
Rest Period After Overtime (a) When overtime work is necessary, it will, wherever reasonably practicable, be so arranged that employees have at least 10 consecutive hours off duty between the work of successive days or shifts, including overtime.
Monthly Base Rent On each Due Date, each Lessee shall pay to the Lessor the Monthly Base Rents that have accrued during the Related Month with respect to all Vehicles that were leased by such Lessee under this Operating Lease on any day during the Related Month;
Payment and Year-End Adjustment Amounts accrued pursuant to this Agreement shall be payable to the Adviser as of the last day of each month. If necessary, on or before the last day of the first month of each fiscal year, an adjustment payment shall be made by the appropriate party in order that the actual Fund Operating Expenses of a Fund for the prior fiscal year (including any reimbursement payments hereunder with respect to such fiscal year) do not exceed the Maximum Annual Operating Expense Limit.
