Expedited Grievances. If the grievance involves a disciplinary suspension or discharge, the grievance shall be processed starting at Step 2 of the Grievance Procedure and a meeting will be held by the members of the Collective Bargaining Committee and the Sheriff or his designated representative within five (5) days after submission to discuss the grievance.
