Common use of Expedited Eviction Clause in Contracts

Expedited Eviction. Any Tenant who leases residential property subject to a rental agreement may be evicted and removed from the property in an expedited eviction preceding if the Tenant: 1) holds over possession after the rental period, without payment 2) commits a material breach of the terms of this contract, or 3) has entered into the contract by fraud or misrepresentation.
