  • Life Expectancy Life expectancy as computed by use of the Single Life Table in Section 1.401(a)(9)-9 of the Treasury regulations.

  • No Right to Continued Service Neither the Plan nor this Agreement shall confer upon the Grantee any right to be retained in any position, as an Employee, Consultant or Director of the Company.   • Annuity 24.1 If the policy schedule states that the insured amount is a surviving dependant's annuity within the meaning of Section 3.125(1)(b) of the Income Tax Act 2001, this article shall apply.

  • Eligibility to Participate An employee eligible to participate in the State Employee Group Insurance Program, as described in Sections 2A and 2B, may participate in open enrollment. In addition, a person in the following categories may, as allowed in section 5D1 above, make certain changes: (1) a former employee or dependent on continuation coverage, as described in Section 2D, may change plans or add coverage for health and/or dental plans on the same basis as active employees; and (2) an early retiree, prior to becoming eligible for Medicare, may change health and/or dental plans as agreed to for active employees, but may not add dependent coverage.

  • Imputed Income The Bank shall impute the economic benefit to the Executive on an annual basis, by adding the economic benefit to the Executive’s W-2, or if applicable, Form 1099.

  • Annuity Plan Teachers will be eligible to participate in a “tax sheltered” annuity plan established pursuant to United States Public Law No. 87-370.
