Expatriated Payments. If by law, regulation, or fiscal policy of a particular country, conversion into United States dollars or transfer of funds of a convertible currency to the United States is restricted or forbidden, the Payor shall give the Payee prompt written notice of such restriction, which notice shall satisfy the payment deadlines in this Agreement. The Payor shall pay any amounts due to the Payee through whatever lawful method it chooses, including without limitation making such payments in the local currency of such country, provided such choice is consistent with seeking to make the payment in the most expeditious manner possible.
