Existing Relationships. Except as otherwise required by this Agreement, Seller shall use its best efforts to preserve the CATV Systems as a going concern and to preserve existing relationships with suppliers, customers, governmental entities and others having business dealings with Seller, all in accordance with Seller's ordinary course of business consistent with past practices.
Existing Relationships. Prior to the Closing, Seller shall not introduce any new method of management, operation or accounting with respect to the Assets and shall use all reasonable efforts to preserve its relationships with customers, suppliers, distributors, contractors, operators, non-operators, royalty owners, and others having business dealings with it in connection with the Assets.

The Sellers shall cause the Companies ---------------------- and their Subsidiaries to use reasonable efforts to keep reasonably available to Buyer their officers and key employees, and to preserve for Buyer their ordinary and customary relationships with licensors, suppliers, distributors, customers and others having business relations with them.
Existing Relationships. Nothing in this Agreement will supersede or alter any obligation or duty existing as of the Effective Date between Telocity and any Affiliate of GE, including the National Broadcasting Company, Inc. and NBC Internet Inc.

To facilitate a smooth transition during and after the transfer of the Assets to the Partnership and the New Management Company, during the Noninterference Period, Branch agrees that he will assist the Partnership and the New Management Company by recommending to (i) former employees of Branch Partnership hired as employees of the Partnership and/or the New Management Company that they remain employees of the Partnership and/or the New Management Company, as the case may be, and (ii) former clients of Branch Partnership having management or other contracts with the New Management Company on or after the date of this Agreement that they remain as clients of New Management Company and not terminate any such contracts.
