Existing Management Contracts. Partnership covenants that all existing Contracts for the management of the Hotel are with IHG Affiliates and that any such management agreements will be terminated at or prior to Closing and the applicable IHG Affiliate(s) shall release the Partnership from all liability under such management agreements.
Existing Management Contracts. Interstate Hotels, LLC shall manage the hotels set forth on Annex II hereto pursuant to the existing management contracts, subject to the addition and subtraction of management contracts in the ordinary course of business from and after the date hereof.
