Common use of Existing Lock-Up Agreement Clause in Contracts

Existing Lock-Up Agreement. The Company will direct the transfer agent to place stop transfer restrictions upon any such securities of the Company that are bound by the “lock-up” agreements described in Section 6(l) for the duration of the periods contemplated in such agreements.

Existing Lock-Up Agreement. The Company will direct the transfer agent to place stop transfer restrictions upon any such securities of the Company that are bound by the “any existing "lock-up” " agreements described in Section 6(l) as of the date hereof for the duration of the periods contemplated in such agreements. The Placement Agents may, in their sole discretion, waive in writing the performance by the Company of any one or more of the foregoing covenants or extend the time for their performance.
