Existing Land Use Regulations. The Existing Land Use Regulations shall be applicable to the Project. Any change in, or addition to, the Existing Land Use Regulations, including without limitation, any change in any applicable City general or specific plan, zoning or building regulation, adopted or becoming effective after the Effective Date of this Agreement, including, without limitation, any change by means of ordinance, initiative, referendum, resolution, motion, policy, order or moratorium, initiated or instituted for any reason whatsoever and adopted by the City Council, Planning Commission or any other Board, Commission or Department of the City, or any officer or employee thereof, or by the electorate, as the case may be, which would, absent this Agreement, otherwise be applicable to the Project and which would conflict or be inconsistent with in any way the Existing Land Use Rules or the Existing Land Use Approvals or this Agreement, shall not be applied to the Project, subject to the Reservation of Authority set forth in section 4.3 hereof.

Existing Land Use Regulations. “Existing Land Use Regulations” means those Land Use Regulations applicable to the Quarry in effect on the Effective Date.

Existing Land Use Regulations. Except as otherwise specified in this Agreement and the Development Approvals, the rules, regulations and official policies governing the permitted uses of the Property, the density and intensity of use of the Property, the provisions for reservation or dedication of land for public purposes and the design, improvement and construction standards and specifications applicable to Development of the Property are the Existing Land Use Regulations, including the General Plan.
