Existing Connection. If there is an existing connection at the premises, we can ask you to pay for all electricity used at the premises since the final meter reading was taken of the previous customer. If a final meter reading was not taken on the day the previous customer moved out of the premises, we will estimate how much electricity you used and how much the previous customer used. We will endeavour to share the cost of electricity between you and the previous customer:
