Existing Connection. If there is an existing connection at the premises, we can ask you to pay for all electricity used at the premises since the final meter reading was taken of the previous customer. If a final meter reading was not taken on the day the previous customer moved out of the premises, we will estimate how much electricity you used and how much the previous customer used.   • Interconnection Facilities 4.1.1 The Interconnection Customer shall pay for the cost of the Interconnection Facilities itemized in Attachment 2 of this Agreement.
