EXHIBITS AND SPECIAL PROVISIONS. 7.1 This Agreement is subject to the provisions of the following Exhibits which are attached to and made a part of the Agreement: Exhibit A - Engineer's Services, Owner's Responsibilities, Time for Performance, Method or Payment, and Special Provisions. Exhibit B - Duties, Responsibilities and Limitations of Authority of the resident Project Representative. (Use when RPR Services are provided.) This Agreement (consisting of Pages 1 to 9 inclusive), and the Exhibits identifies above constitute the entire agreement between OWNER and ENGINEER and supersede all prior written or oral understandings. This Agreement may only be amended, supplemented, modified, or canceled by a duly executed written instrument.
