Exhibitor Personnel. During expo marketplace hours of the online expo the exhibiting company is expected to have staff available to respond but not limited to emails, phone calls, video chats or chat rooms depending upon online expo service level purchased. All booths must be kept open and properly staffed. Inadequate staffing levels or lack of staffing will not be permitted and may result in probation or permanent removal from the Ohio Safety Congress & Expo. Booth personnel must conduct themselves in a professional manner. BWC reserves the right to warn and or penalize any derogatory behavior in the Code of Conduct including but not limited to acts of aggression, annoyance, lewdness, harassment, inappropriate attire, or physical disruptions to the event. This applies to all public or private correspondence on any OSC or BWC online event, platform and social media outlets.

Exhibitor Personnel. The Exhibition is limited to individuals, business firms, manufacturers and dealers who have contracted and paid for space assignments. Each Exhibitor shall furnish CDF with the names of its representatives. The Exhibitor and its representatives are required to wear identification badges throughout the exhibition period. The badges are not transferable, and CDF reserves the right to withdraw the use of any badge used to gain admission to the Exhibition by any person other than the one for whom it was issued. Unless approved by CDF in advance, each Exhibit space is limited to a maximum of one (1) company, five (5) badges and one (1) Exhibitor Program listing. Additional Exhibit badges are $75 each.
Exhibitor Personnel. Exhibitor personnel must be clothed in acceptable attire and must restrict their activities to their own Exhibit Space.

In the event earlier admission is required special permission must be obtained form Manage- ment Exhibitor’s representatives xxxxxxx the exhibit will be owners, employees, or agents of exhibiting companies, and such representatives will wear proper badge identification furnished by the exposition. Such badges will be supplied upon presentation of the list of personnel by the exhibitor. Each exhibi- tor will place on file in Show Management Office the name of the representative including (hotel or local phone number) who has primary responsibility on the floor for the exhibitor’s display and who is authorized to make decisions for the exhibitor as requested Management on-site or in case of emer- gency. Note: Supplying exhibitor personnel badges to current or prospective customers by exhibitors is expressly forbidden. If such use of exhibitors badges is made and this is recognized individuals wearing said badges will be removed form the premises and badges will be confiscated. Management will sup- ply visitors passes which the Exhibitor may distribute to said customer for purpose of attendee registra- tion. The Exhibitor personnel registration is to be used solely for employees or agents of the Exhibitor.
Exhibitor Personnel. All exhibitor personnel must be clothed in no less than shorts and a tank top and must restrict activities to their own booth.

  • Contractor Personnel Contractor's staff is expected to present a professional appearance. All personnel of the Contractor will be neat, well groomed, properly uniformed in industry standard uniforms and are expected to conduct themselves at all times in a responsible and courteous manner while performing any work under this Agreement and/or whenever they are on District property. The following code of conduct will be adhered to by the Contractor, his agent(s) and/or his employees. If Contractor fails to ensure that its employees or other agents comply with these requirements, then Contractor may be terminated for cause under this Agreement:

  • Contractor Personnel – Reference Checks The Contractor warrants that all persons employed to provide service under this Contract have satisfactory past work records indicating their ability to adequately perform the work under this Contract. Contractor’s employees assigned to this project must meet character standards as demonstrated by background investigation and reference checks, coordinated by the agency/department issuing this Contract.

  • Supplier Personnel The Customer and Supplier agree and acknowledge that in the event of the Supplier ceasing to provide the Services or part of them for any reason, Call Off Schedule 10 (Staff Transfer) shall apply. The Supplier shall not and shall procure that any relevant Sub-Contractor shall not take any step (expressly or implicitly and directly or indirectly by itself or through any other person) without the prior written consent of the Customer to dissuade or discourage any employees engaged in the provision of the Services from transferring their employment to the Customer and/or the Replacement Supplier and/or Replacement Sub-Contractor. During the Termination Assistance Period, the Supplier shall and shall procure that any relevant Sub-Contractor shall: give the Customer and/or the Replacement Supplier and/or Replacement Sub-Contractor reasonable access to the Supplier's personnel and/or their consultation representatives to present the case for transferring their employment to the Customer and/or the Replacement Supplier and/or to discuss or consult on any measures envisaged by the Customer, Replacement Supplier and/or Replacement Sub-Contractor in respect of persons expected to be Transferring Supplier Employees; co-operate with the Customer and the Replacement Supplier to ensure an effective consultation process and smooth transfer in respect of Transferring Supplier Employees in line with good employee relations and the effective continuity of the Services. The Supplier shall immediately notify the Customer or, at the direction of the Customer, the Replacement Supplier of any period of notice given by the Supplier or received from any person referred to in the Staffing Information, regardless of when such notice takes effect. The Supplier shall not for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of transfer re-employ or re-engage or entice any employees, suppliers or Sub-Contractors whose employment or engagement is transferred to the Customer and/or the Replacement Supplier except that this paragraph 10.5 shall not apply where an offer is made pursuant to an express right to make such offer under Call Off Schedule 10.1 (Staff Transfer) in respect of a Transferring Supplier Employee not identified in the Supplier's Final Supplier Personnel List.

  • Supervision of Contractor Personnel The Contractor must supply all necessary and sufficient supervision over the work that is being performed and will be held solely responsible for the conduct and performance of his employees or agents involved in work under the Agreement.

  • Review Systems; Personnel It will maintain business process management and/or other systems necessary to ensure that it can perform each Test and, on execution of this Agreement, will load each Test into these systems. The Asset Representations Reviewer will ensure that these systems allow for each Review Receivable and the related Review Materials to be individually tracked and stored as contemplated by this Agreement. The Asset Representations Reviewer will maintain adequate staff that is properly trained to conduct Reviews as required by this Agreement.

  • Designated Configuration; Trained Personnel State Street and the Fund shall be responsible for supplying, installing and maintaining the Designated Configuration at the Designated Locations. State Street and the Fund agree that each will engage or retain the services of trained personnel to enable both parties to perform their respective obligations under this Addendum. State Street agrees to use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the System so that it remains serviceable, provided, however, that State Street does not guarantee or assure uninterrupted remote access use of the System.

  • Job Postings and Applications If a vacancy or a new job is created for which Union personnel reasonably might be expected to be recruited, the following shall apply:

  • FORMAT AND CONTENT FOR REGISTRY OPERATOR MONTHLY REPORTING Registry Operator shall provide one set of monthly reports per gTLD, using the API described in draft-­‐xxxxxx-­‐icann-­‐registry-­‐interfaces, see Specification 2, Part A, Section 9, reference 5, with the following content. ICANN may request in the future that the reports be delivered by other means and using other formats. ICANN will use reasonable commercial efforts to preserve the confidentiality of the information reported until three (3) months after the end of the month to which the reports relate. Unless set forth in this Specification 3, any reference to a specific time refers to Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). Monthly reports shall consist of data that reflects the state of the registry at the end of the month (UTC).

  • Project Personnel It is understood and agreed that the Project Director identified at Item 3, Page One of this Agreement shall be responsible for the overall supervision and conduct of the Work on behalf of the Contractor and that the persons described in the Statement of Work shall serve in the capacities described therein. Any change of Project Director by the Contractor shall be subject to the prior written approval of NYSERDA. Such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, and, in the event that notice of approval or disapproval is not received by the Contractor within thirty (30) days after receipt of request for approval by NYSERDA, the requested change in Project Director shall be considered approved. In the event that NYSERDA requires additional time for considering approval, NYSERDA shall notify the Contractor within thirty (30) days of receipt of the request for approval that additional time is required and shall specify the additional amount of time necessary up to thirty (30) days.

  • Managed Services HP will provide the services as described in a Statement of Work (“SOW”) attached to this Agreement or incorporating it by reference. Each party will appoint a single point of contact as set forth in the SOW who will serve as their primary representative, have overall responsibility for managing performance, and meet with the other party’s representative to review progress. Change requests are governed by the change management procedures as set forth in the SOW.
