EXHIBITION APPROVALS. Fox acknowledges that the following approvals shall be reasonable and shall not be unreasonably withheld, with Licensee acknowledging that any disapprovals provided by Fox to Licensee for which the basis is of a creative, imaginative, and/or artistic nature are reasonable.
