Common use of Exercise Price Adjustment Clause in Contracts

Exercise Price Adjustment. Whenever the number of shares of Common Stock into which a Warrant is exercisable is adjusted as provided in this Article 6, then the Exercise Price payable upon exercise of the Warrant shall simultaneously be adjusted by multiplying such Exercise Price immediately prior to such adjustment by a fraction, the numerator of which shall be the number of shares of Common Stock into which such Warrant was exercisable immediately prior to such adjustment, and the denominator of which shall be the number of shares of Common Stock into which such Warrant was exercisable immediately thereafter.

Exercise Price Adjustment. Whenever the number of shares of Common Stock into which a purchasable upon the exercise of the Warrant is exercisable is adjusted as herein provided in this Article 6(except as to an adjustment resulting from prepayment of the Note), then the Exercise Price payable upon the exercise of the this Warrant shall simultaneously be adjusted by multiplying such Exercise Price immediately prior to such adjustment by a fraction, the numerator of which shall be the number of shares of Common Stock into which such purchasable upon the exercise of the Warrant was exercisable immediately prior to such adjustment, and the denominator of which shall be the number of shares of Common Stock into which such Warrant was exercisable purchasable immediately thereafter.

Whenever the number of shares of Common Stock into which a purchasable upon the exercise of the Warrant is exercisable is adjusted as herein provided in this Article 6(except as to an adjustment resulting from prepayment of the Note), then the Exercise Price payable upon the exercise of the Warrant Warrants shall simultaneously be adjusted by multiplying such Exercise Price immediately prior to such adjustment by a fraction, the numerator of which shall be the number of shares of Common Stock into which such purchasable upon the exercise of the Warrant was exercisable immediately prior to such adjustment, and the denominator of which shall be the number of shares of Common Stock into which such Warrant was exercisable purchasable immediately thereafter.

Exercise Price Adjustment. Whenever the number of shares of Common Stock into which a purchasable upon the exercise of each Warrant is exercisable is adjusted adjusted, as provided in this Article 6herein provided, then the Applicable Exercise Price payable upon the exercise of the each Warrant shall simultaneously be adjusted by multiplying such Applicable Exercise Price immediately prior to such adjustment by a fraction, fraction of which the numerator of which shall be the number of shares of Common Stock into which such purchasable upon the exercise of the Warrant was exercisable immediately prior to such adjustment, and of which the denominator of which shall be the number of shares of Common Stock into which such Warrant was exercisable purchasable immediately thereafter.

Exercise Price Adjustment. Whenever the number of shares of Common Stock Warrant Shares into which a Warrant is exercisable is adjusted as provided in this Article 6Paragraphs 8.(a) and 8.(b), then the Exercise Price payable upon exercise of the Warrant shall simultaneously be adjusted by multiplying such Exercise Price immediately prior to such adjustment by a fraction, the numerator of which shall be the number of shares of Common Stock into which such Warrant was exercisable immediately prior to such adjustment, and the denominator of which shall be the number of shares of Common Stock into which such Warrant was exercisable immediately thereafter.
