Common use of Exercise of power Clause in Contracts

Exercise of power. The exercise of such power by or on behalf of the Security Agent shall not put any person dealing with the Security Agent upon any enquiry as to whether any Event of Default has occurred, nor shall such person be in any way affected by notice that no such Event of Default has happened and the exercise by the Security Agent of such power shall be conclusive evidence of the Security Agent’s right to exercise the same.
