Exercisability; Method of Exercise Sample Clauses

Exercisability; Method of Exercise. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Warrant, the Holder may exercise this Warrant in whole or in part, at any time or from time to time only during the Exercise Period. This Warrant may be exercised by surrendering this Warrant at the principal offices of the Company, together with a duly executed subscription form in the form attached hereto as Exhibit 1, and simultaneously paying the full Warrant Price for the shares of Warrant Stock so purchased in lawful money of the United States.
