Common use of Exempt Waste Clause in Contracts

Exempt Waste. 37 29.01 The CONTRACTOR shall not be required to collect or dispose of Exempt Waste, 38 but may offer such services. All such Collection and disposal of Exempt Waste is not regulated 39 under this Agreement, but if provided by the CONTRACTOR shall be in strict compliance with 40 all federal, state and local laws and regulations.
