Common use of Exempt Waste Clause in Contracts

Exempt Waste. Biohazardous or Biomedical Waste, Hazardous Waste, Sludge, 189 automobiles, automobile parts, boats, boat parts, boat trailers, internal combustion engines, lead- 190 acid batteries, any matter or materials which are not acceptable for disposal at a Solid Waste 191 landfill as defined in the Act and those wastes under the control of the Nuclear Regulatory 192 Commission.

Exempt Waste. “Exempt Waste” means Biohazardous or Biomedical Waste, Hazardous 296 Waste, Sludgesludge, 189 automobiles, automobile parts, boats, boat parts, boat trailers, internal combustion 297 engines, lead- 190 lead-acid batteries, any matter or materials which are not acceptable for disposal at a Solid Waste 191 landfill as defined in the Act dead animals, and those wastes under the control of the Nuclear Regulatory 192 298 Commission.

Exempt Waste. Biohazardous or Biomedical Waste, Hazardous Waste, 266 Sludge, 189 soil and dirt, concrete, asphalt, automobiles, automobile parts, boats, boat parts, 267 boat trailers, internal combustion engines, lead- 190 lead-acid batteries, any matter or materials which 268 are not acceptable for disposal at a Solid Waste 191 solid waste landfill as defined in the Act and those 269 wastes under the control of the Nuclear Regulatory 192 Commission.

Biohazardous or Biomedical Waste, Hazardous Waste, Household Hazardous Waste, Sludge, 189 automobiles, automobile parts, boats, boat parts, boat trailers, internal combustion engines, lead- 190 lead-acid batteries, any matter or materials which are not acceptable for disposal at a Solid Waste 191 landfill as defined in the Act and those wastes under the control of the Nuclear Regulatory 192 Commission.

Exempt Waste. Biohazardous or Biomedical Waste, E-Waste, Food Waste, 99 Garbage, Hazardous Waste, SludgeHousehold Hazardous Waste, 189 automobiles, automobile parts, 100 boats, boat parts, boat trailers, internal combustion engines, lead- 190 lead-acid batteries, any matter or materials which are not acceptable for disposal at a Solid Waste 191 landfill as defined in the Act sludge, and 101 those wastes under the control of the Nuclear Regulatory 192 Commission.

Exempt Waste. Biohazardous or Biomedical Waste, Hazardous Waste, Sludge, 189 soil 256 and dirt, concrete, asphalt, automobiles, automobile parts, boats, boat parts, boat trailers, internal 257 combustion engines, lead- 190 lead-acid batteries, any matter or materials which are not acceptable for 258 disposal at a Solid Waste 191 solid waste landfill as defined in the Act and those wastes under the control of the 259 Nuclear Regulatory 192 Commission.

Exempt Waste. Biohazardous radioactive, or Biomedical Waste, Hazardous 209 Waste, Sludge, 189 Stable Matter, tires, automobiles, automobile parts, boats, boat parts, boat trailers, internal combustion 210 engines, lead- 190 lead-acid batteries, any matter or materials which are not acceptable for disposal at a Solid Waste 191 landfill as defined in the Act and those wastes under the control of the Nuclear Regulatory 192 211 Commission. Exempt Waste also includes any material being collected under the terms of this 212 Agreement at such time as that material is prohibited from being set out for Collection by x 213 Change in Law.
