Exempt Products. The following accounts are excluded from the definition of Financial Accounts and therefore are not treated as United Kingdom Reportable Accounts.
Exempt Products. The following categories of accounts and products established in the United Kingdom and maintained by a United Kingdom Financial Institution shall not be treated as Financial Accounts, and therefore shall not be Jersey Reportable Accounts, under the Agreement.

The following categories of accounts and products established in Switzerland and maintained by financial institutions incorporated in Switzerland or a branch in Switzerland of a financial institution incorporated outside Switzerland shall not be treated as Financial Accounts, and therefore shall not be U.S. Reportable Accounts, under the Agreement:

The following categories of accounts and products established in the Federal Republic of Germany and maintained by a German Financial Institution shall not be treated as Financial Accounts or accounts held by a Nonparticipating Financial Institution, and therefore will not be U.S. Reportable Accounts, under the Agreement:
Exempt Products. Without obtaining the prior approval of the OEM, IPP will not offer for sale to any Assigned Retailer any products or services which compete with the Exempt Products.
