Executive Vice President. The Board of Directors may elect one or several executive vice presidents. Each executive vice president shall report to either the CEO or the president as determined in the corporate organization plan established by the Board of Directors. The executive vice president shall direct and coordinate such major activities as shall be delegated to him by his superior officer in accordance with policies established and instructions issued by his superior officer or the CEO.
