Executive Plans. During the Term of this Agreement, the Executive shall participate in all Executive benefit and insurance plans or programs established and paid by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Star Resources in its full discretion and from which he is not excluded from participating by reason of the terms and conditions in the respective plans or programs. The Executive shall be eligible to participate in such health, medical, dental, disability and life insurance coverage as the Corporation has in effect from its senior management from time to time.
