Common use of Executive Plans Clause in Contracts

Executive Plans. The Executive (together with his spouse and minor children) shall be covered, at the Company's or an Affiliated Company's expense, by any and all of the Company's (or appropriate Affiliated Company's) group health, dental, life insurance and disability plans ("Insurance Plans") made available to senior executives of the Company in the United States generally.

Executive Plans. The Executive (together with his spouse and minor children) shall be covered, covered at the Company's or an Affiliated Company's expense, expense by any and all of the Company's (or appropriate Affiliated Company's) United States group health, dental, life insurance and disability insurance plans ("Insurance Plans") made available to senior executives of the Company in the United States generally. The Executive shall also be eligible to participate, to the same extent as other senior executives, in any and all of the Company's other executive profit sharing or bonus plans available to senior executives of the Company in the United States generally.
