Common use of Executive Officers Clause in Contracts

Executive Officers. The executive officers of the Corporation shall be determined by the Board and may include a Chairman, a Chief Executive Officer, a President, Senior Vice-Presidents, Vice-Presidents, a Secretary and a Treasurer, and also may include such other officers as the Board may appoint pursuant to Section 3 of this Article IV. Any two or more offices may be held by the same person.
