Common use of Executive Negotiators Clause in Contracts

Executive Negotiators. The representatives of the parties specified in the Subcontract Particulars or any person nominated by the relevant party to replace that person from time to time by notice in writing to the other party. An expert determination agreement on the terms set out in the Schedule of Collateral Documents.
