Executive Medical Plan. During the term of this Agreement, the Company agrees that, in addition to any group health insurance plan in which Executive is eligible to participate, it shall continue to maintain, at its expense, the supplemental executive medical/dental expense reimbursement plan known as the K&F Industries, Inc. Insurance and Health Plan (GP-655199-B), or a comparable arrangement, providing an annual benefit of not less than Four Thousand Dollars ($4,000) in respect of medical/dental expenses incurred by Executive and Executive's covered dependents.
Executive Medical Plan. During the Em- ployment Period, so long as the Employee is employed by the Company, a plan that reimburses the Employee for his and his dependents' medical expenses up to the maximum allowable under the Company's welfare benefit plans as in effect on November 1, 1998, which expenses are not reimbursed by the Company's medical plans ap- plicable to salaried employees.
(k) Without limiting the generality of the forego- ing, during the Change of Control Period, the incentive, savings and retirement benefit opportunities and the other benefits provided to the Employee pursuant to Sections 3(d), (e), (f), (g), (h) and (i) above shall in no event be less than the most favorable such opportunities and benefits pro- vided to the Employee by the Company and its affiliates at any time during the 120-day period immediately preceding the Effective Date.
Executive Medical Plan. To the extent Oxford continues to provide its executive medical plan to one or more active executives and Oxford is able to insure such coverage for Executive, Oxford shall cover Executive as a participant in such plan with the same spousal and other benefits as are available generally to active executive employees of Oxford.
