Common use of Executive Leave Clause in Contracts

Executive Leave. i) The Board shall grant the local Bargaining Unit Executive a combined total of up to 45 days per school year for Federation business. The Bargaining Unit shall provide the Board with a list of those members eligible to use such days by September 30 of each school year. ii) The Bargaining Unit shall reimburse the Board at the occasional teacher’s daily rate for the duration of the member’s absence.
