Common use of Executive Benefits Clause in Contracts

Executive Benefits. Executive will be eligible to participate in any executive benefit plans or programs, including but not limited to group medical benefits, sick leave and vacation leave, maintained or established by the Company to the same extent as other executives at Executive’s level within Company, subject to the generally applicable terms and conditions of the plan or program in question and the determination of any committee administering such plan or program.

Executive Benefits. Executive will be eligible to participate in any executive employee benefit plans or programs, including but not limited to group medical benefits, sick leave benefits and vacation leave, 401(k) plan maintained or established by the Company to the same extent as other executives employees at Executive’s level within the Company, subject to the generally applicable terms and conditions of the plan or program in question and the determination of any person or committee administering such plan or program.

Executive Benefits. The Executive will shall be eligible to participate in any ------------------ the employee benefit plans and executive benefit compensation programs maintained by the Company applicable to other key executives of the Company, including (without limitation) retirement plans, savings or profit-sharing plans, stock options, incentive or other bonus plans, life, disability, health, accident and other insurance programs, paid vacations, and similar plans or programs, including but not limited to group medical benefits, sick leave and vacation leave, maintained or established by the Company to the same extent as other executives at Executive’s level within Company, subject in each case to the generally applicable terms and conditions of the applicable plan or program in question and to the sole determination of the Board or any committee administering such plan or program.

The Executive will shall be eligible to participate in any the employee benefit plans and executive compensation programs maintained by the Company applicable to other key executives of the Company, including (without limitation) retirement plans, savings or profit-sharing plans, deferred compensation plans, supplemental retirement or excess benefit plans, life, disability, health, accident and other insurance programs, paid vacations, and similar plans or programs, including but not limited to group medical benefits, sick leave and vacation leave, maintained or established by the Company to the same extent as other executives at Executive’s level within Company, subject in each case to the generally applicable terms and conditions of the plan or program in question and to the determination of any committee administering such plan or program.

Executive will shall be eligible to participate in any executive the employee benefit plans which are available or programswhich become available, including but not limited to group medical benefits, sick leave and vacation leave, maintained or established by other executives of the Company to the same extent as other executives at Executive’s level within Companyof a comparable level, subject in each case to the generally applicable terms and conditions of the plan or program in question and to the determination of any committee administering such plan or program; provided, however, that the Company shall provide to Executive health benefits at least equal to Executive's health benefits immediately prior to the Effective Time.

The Executive will shall be eligible to participate in any the employee benefit plans and executive benefit compensation programs maintained by the Company applicable to other key executives of the Company, including (without limitation) retirement plans, SERPs, savings or profit-sharing plans, stock option, incentive or other bonus plans, life, disability, health, accident and other insurance programs, paid vacations, and similar plans or programs, including but not limited to group medical benefits, sick leave and vacation leave, maintained or established by the Company to the same extent as other executives at Executive’s level within Company, subject in each case to the generally applicable terms and conditions of the applicable plan or program in question and to the sole determination of the Board or any committee administering such plan or program.

Executive will shall be eligible to participate in any executive the Company's employee benefit plans and arrangements which are available or programswhich become available, including but not limited in the discretion of the Company, to group medical benefits, sick leave and vacation leave, maintained other executive or established by managerial employees of the Company to the same extent as other executives at Executive’s level within Company, subject in each case to the generally applicable terms and conditions of the plan or program in question and to the determination of any committee administering such plan or program.

Executive Benefits. Executive will shall be eligible to participate in any executive the Company's employee benefit plans which are available or programswhich become available, including but not limited to group medical benefitsin the discretion of the Company, sick leave and vacation leave, maintained or established by the Company to the same extent as other executives at Executive’s level within executive or managerial employees of the Company, subject in each case to the generally applicable terms and conditions of the plan or program in question and to the determination of any committee administering such plan or program.

Executive will shall be eligible to participate in any executive the employee benefit plans which are available or programswhich become available, including but not limited with the adoption or maintenance of such plans to group medical benefitsbe in the discretion of the Company, sick leave and vacation leave, maintained or established by to other executives of the Company to the same extent as other executives at Executive’s level within Companyof a comparable level, subject in each case to the generally applicable terms and conditions of the plan or program in question and to the determination of any committee administering such plan or program.

Executive Benefits. Executive will shall be eligible entitled to participate in any executive all Executive benefit plans or and programs, if any, (including but not limited to group medical benefits401(k) Plan, sick leave medical, dental, short and vacation leave, maintained or long term disability and life insurance plans and programs) that are established and made generally available by the Company from time to time to its Executives, subject, however, to the same extent as applicable eligibility requirements and other executives at Executive’s level within Company, subject to the generally applicable terms provisions of such plans and conditions of the plan or program in question and the determination of any committee administering such plan or programprograms.

Executive Benefits. Executive will be eligible to participate in any executive the Company’s employee benefit plans or programs, including but not limited and programs generally available to group medical benefits, sick leave and vacation leave, maintained or established by similarly situated executives of the Company to the same extent as other executives at Executive’s level within Company, subject to the generally applicable eligibility requirements, terms and conditions of such plans and programs. Such plans and programs are subject to change or termination by the plan or program Company in question and the determination of any committee administering such plan or programCompany’s sole discretion.

Executive Benefits. Executive will shall be eligible to participate in any executive all employee benefit plans or and programs, including but not limited fringe benefits and perquisites as in effect generally with respect to group medical benefitsother senior officers of Employer, sick leave which will include no less than Medical, Dental, Vision, and vacation leaveLife Insurance plans. Employer reserves the right to amend, maintained modify or established by the Company to the same extent as other executives terminate such plans or programs at Executive’s level within Company, subject to the generally applicable terms and conditions of the plan or program in question and the determination of any committee administering such plan or programtime.

Executive Benefits. Executive will be entitled to four weeks of vacation per year.
