Common use of Executive Benefit Plans Clause in Contracts

Executive Benefit Plans. The Executive shall be entitled to participate in all plans or programs sponsored by the Company for employees in general, including without limitation, participation in any group health, medical reimbursement, or life insurance plans.

At such time as Executive is eligible for employees in generalMedicare, including without limitation, participation in any group health, the Company Group shall be permitted to exclude Executive from its medical reimbursement, or life insurance plans.plans provided that it reimburses Executive for Medicare coverages A and B.
