Executive acknowledges that. (1) As a result of his current employment with the Company, Executive will obtain secret and confidential information concerning the business of the Company and its subsidiaries and affiliates (referred to collectively in this Article 4 as the "Company"), including, without limitations, financial information, designs and other proprietary rights, trade secrets and "know-how," customers and sources ("Confidential Information").
