Execution of Lease. The Lease shall be drawn by the Landlord on the standard form of lease as prescribed by the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006, as amended from time to time, and shall include the provisions as contained herein and in any attached schedule, and shall be executed by both parties before possession of the premises is given.The Landlord shall provide the Tenant with information relating to the rights and responsibilities of the Tenant and information on the role of the Landlord and Tenant Board and how to contact the Board.
